It's cheap. You get what you paid for. Toilet was a tight squeeze even for the small among us. The cabins are a trip back to the 70s. Enjoyed our time anyways.
NOT big rig friendly even if they tell you it is.... it is NOT!!! We scratched up our new 35ft 5th wheel and truck trying to make two impossible turns that the girl in the office said were easy. VERY small sites and very close together. Unmaintained park with horrible interior roads. Looked like a great beach.
Lovely place just outside of Marystown-Burin. Once inside, you can drive up and park right alongside the beach.The best thing about the beach is that you can walk for what seems like a mile before the water starts to get deep. Great for kids.There are changing rooms, bathrooms and a canteen.Entry fee for a car was $6 (this was in summer 2017).
Nice area. Didn't use the cabins. Some area could use some reinvestment (paddle boats, for example)
I grew up going there every summer of my young life. A great place to chill, to swim or hang out with friends.
